Delivery and returns
1. Dispatch and Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery will be made to the address specified in your order form. While we aim to deliver orders within 14 working days, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
A valid signature may be required upon delivery, especially for registered deliveries. Once you have signed for the delivery, the title and risk of damage to the goods transfer to you.
If delivery is expected to be delayed beyond the 14-day timeframe, we will notify you and provide updated delivery estimates. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
2. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please use the contact form on our website.
3. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, you may return them within 14 days for adjustment, replacement, or refund.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Fill out the return form provided with your order.
• Return the items along with the original dispatch note and return form via registered delivery or courier to the address provided on the dispatch note.
• Retain a copy of the dispatch note for your records.
If you have misplaced the dispatch note, please contact us for assistance. Please note that the risk of damage during the return shipping process remains with you until the items are delivered and accepted by us. Additionally, the cost of carriage and insurance for returning goods is non-refundable.
We are committed to addressing any complaints or issues promptly and aim to respond to all inquiries within 5 working days to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
4. Payment Upon Delivery
To ensure a secure and convenient shopping experience, all payments must be made upon delivery. When your order arrives, you can pay directly to the courier, ensuring that you only pay for your items when they are in your possession. This method provides peace of mind, as you can inspect the package before completing your payment.
